The founders, businessman, Bill Sick III, consultant and psychotherapist, Dr. Linnda Durre’, and elite physical trainer, Ryan Sick, are three highly experienced and well qualified professionals with a total of 85 years in their respective careers in business, psychology and physical fitness.
Bill Sick III was a multisport NCAA, collegiate athlete and a 7-time NCAA All-American swimmer. He was an integral part of a college team who won the NCAA swimming championships three of the four years he attended Johns Hopkins University. He also lead his college water polo team to prominence, progressing from a start-up club sport to earning second place in the United States East Coast Regional NCAA water polo finals. He also held multiple regional, pool and team swimming records in the 100 yard breaststroke and 50 yard freestyle events, as well as a world record in the 50 mile relay. In addition, he held his collegiate water polo team scoring record with eight goals in a single game.
As a business executive, owner and consultant, he has worked for or consulted with over 60 companies in a variety of industries, both domestically and internationally, launching a number from the ground up and leading many through restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, new product integrations, and corporate expansions. Dr. Linnda Durre’ is a highly respected and qualified business consultant, and has worked with the Orlando Magic, as well as professional athletes in the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, golf, tennis, swimming, soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey. She has also worked with athletes of all ages, from elementary school, through the collegiate level. She held five Girls' Athletic Awards (GAA) in high school and was cheerleading captain for three years. Her book, “Surviving the Toxic Workplace”, was published by McGraw Hill, and she was a columnist for the Orlando Business Journal and currently writes a column for eBossWatch.com on bad bosses. Dr. Durre’ has written articles for Forbes, Yahoo, AOL, Management Issues, American Cities Business Journals, and she has appeared on Oprah, 60 Minutes, The Today Show, Good Morning America, O’Reilly, as well as on local and/or national news programs on CBS, NBC, ABC, CW, Fox, PBS, and NPR. Ryan Sick is a highly successful businessman, sports performance coach, fitness trainer, and event coordinator. Upon graduating from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, he became the founder and CEO of Orlando’s most diverse fitness company, which specializes in everything from performance training for athletes, one-on-one personal training, group training, wellness programs for faculty, staff, and students, as well as implementing training regimens for individuals, athletes, and sports teams. He has trained under the leadership of notable athletes such as Tim Tebow and Chipper Jones, along with overseeing the entire strength and conditioning department of a large Christian Youth Sports Association, training over 1,000 athletes. Ryan has extensive experience working with children as young as two years old, as well as athletes competing in every sport and at every skill level. The key characteristics that make Ryan stand out from all other trainers are his energy, his passion for people, and his love for everything he does.
